Conditions of offer:

• An initial deposit of $499 is required

• The $4,750 net benefit is calculated based on a $9,887 purchase price, less solar credits estimated at $4,368 and other discounts of $1,620 = $3,899 net purchase price.

• Calculation of year 1 to 7 net benefit is based on a typical annual output of 2,100 kilowatt hours (kWh) x $0.60 cents gross feed in tariff (launched by the NSW state government from January 1st 2010) minus green loan payments.

• From years 8-25 the benefit is calculated to be $520 per annum assuming 2,100 kWh of annual energy production worth an average of $0.25 per KwH.

• Some areas of NSW will not receive bi-directional meters until July 2010.
